I have a big head. 23.5. Ive had a hard time finding headgear that will fit. I don't know how it does when I spar yet. Im just excited that it fits my head and doesn't hinder my sight. Ill try to remember to give an update after I spar. I dont normally give reviews but im hoping I might help someone save some time and money.
