Product is great, delivery was made to receptionist at front desk not to my door at closing time on Saturday. Therefore I was unable to pick it up until Monday morning.

Spares for wife's sewing room illumination. Color and brightness are very important.

The light from this bulb is very bright, great for someone like me who has vision problems. I have 3 Ott lamps around the house and love them all. The bulb was difficult for me to place in the lamp, it seemed to require some degree of force which I did not have but my son-in-law had no problem

I have used this product for 10+ years. I do a lot of close up computer and spreadsheet work and it has taken the strain off of my eyes. Highly recommend it! Have given several to friends and family, who also love it.

i have no complaints and these lights are a must but cheaper prices might be out there

I love the light tube, however, I didn't push it hard enough on the tube and though it was the wrong tube. After trying a week later, before sending it back, I push very hard on the tube and it went into the light plug.

The light from the replacement bulb is excellent. I was unable to insert the light bulb but my husband was finally able to install it. It was a bit of a challenge for him too, but he was finally able to get it done!

This bulb replaced an old Ott-Lite True Color OLT-18W model 9322 bulb which wouldn't stay on.. It was a bit tricky getting the new bulb into the old socket due to the old socket clip in the back getting slightly in the way. I kept working on gently wiggling this replacement bulb into the old socket and before long I hit success. The old bulb had notices on the base but the lamp socket didn't need a notched bulb so that wasn't an issue. I selected this particular bulb from the two listed on Amazon because the OTT lamp sicker said to use only type PL.Downgraded to two stars because the replacement bulb has a very slight flicker unlike the original bulb.

The bulb matched the one needed for my lamp perfectly and it was delivered the next day.

The media could not be loaded.  I ordered two of these bulbs because I have two of the Ott-Lite floor lamps that take the 18W PL type bulbs, and both of the previous bulbs had died.It took more force than expected to get the bulbs to insert into the socket. From what I could tell it's due to rough edges on the plastic getting caught on the metal pins that hold the bulb in place.Despite being the correct type, neither of the replacement bulbs worked in either lamp. The bulbs that the lamps came with took a few seconds to start and made a characteristic noise while lighting up. These bulbs didn't have that noise and turned on right away, but gave off a weird orange light near the base and got really hot really fast. I tried both replacement bulbs in both of my lamps (which, until the original bulbs died were working perfectly) and both bulbs did the same thing in both lamps.

To be able to find the proper bulb replacement was a big plus.The big thing with me was the customer service. They contacted me when l thought l had the wrong bulb and wanted to help me get the right one which is exactly what they did.I would deal with them again in an instant if necessary. Thank-you customer service.

We bought several Ott lamps 13 years. They were all still using their original bulbs, which is amazing, until our desk lamp tube finally was done.We went to various stores such as Walmart and Staples without being able to find the exact bulb we needed. Be sure sure to spend a little extra money and buy the OttLite brand. I often buy generic products but way Too many bad reviews on cheaper knock offs. If this new bulb lasts another 13 years....buying the OttLite is a no brainer.
