Mr. Freeze MIM-18SS Portable Ice Maker with Lid, Grey (Stainless Steel)

We had ours for one year and one week. Then yesterday all the lights came on and it stopped working. It will not make ice anymore. Worked great until it died.

The ice machine was pretty nice...while it lasted. It failed at 94 days. The warranty is worthless. The company asked me to open the unit and check to see if a small plastic arm had broken (it must be a common failure point). As requested, I sent a picture of the broken arm and another broken plastic piece. Thereafter, the company went silent. They do not answer emails and, if you call them, their phone system will make you hold for many minutes and then announce, "there is no one to take your call, please call back later." This has been going on for over a month now.Avoid this product.

Only had the product for a few days but it has been working non making ice. Seems to be a pretty well made machine.

Waist of money and time. I have never had a problem with anything I have bought over the years. But stopped working in a matter of months after buying it . no warranty's have been honored and manufacturer says its not their product. Very disappointed with this product and with Mr freeze.

It suits my needs (no ice maker in the fridge) I like the size of the cubes. So far I tend to stay close while it runs and put each batch in the freezer as soon as it completes its cycle.

Love it. On a day off I start the machine in the morning and make ice all day and freeze it. Works great
