Q: Plan is to install where garage floor (slab on grade) meets stem wall foundation to "hide" long term settling of slab floor: good idea or no?

I don't think that would help if the garage floor steeled because the material is stock to the wall you will see a gap

Q: How many feet are in a roll?

I have only used the Snow White. If you click on it, it says 120'. Not sure why on your color it only says Bulk Roll. I would think it would be the same.

Q: How to install corners?

John there are several great youtube videos that cover how to do this with the rolled product rather than buying the corners separately. Basically, you're going to score when side of the roll (it'll make sense when you line it up with side you need to score) gently with a carpet knife and then wrap it around the corners. I used some brads to help secure mine in place but I think if you had more experience with these products, it wouldn't be needed.

Q: Does it come with a Toe or can your form a toe?

It has a small toe, not just flat down. In order to make it larger you'd have to heat it and slowly go along.
