This is quite a simple and easy to use product, you roll it on and let the scent work it’s magic! The bottle seems to last a good few months with daily use and the smell is... well relaxing! Definitely helps calm me down and put me to sleep!

I am young and have been suffering from bad migraines and head aches for about a year now. The doctors have sent me for scans and tried me on different medication but nothing has worked and they can source the head aches. I decided to buy this last week along with the defuser and the peppermint and lavender oil and knock on wood but I have not had a head ache in 6 days (which is a miracle). I roll this onto my wrists and behind my ears and temples and the smell is very relaxing and doesn't overpower.

I love my Sleep Better Pulse Point Roller Ball and I'll be purchasing another one once this has run out, which speaks volumes.I frequently have trouble sleeping so I thought I'd give this a try and it really helps. The smell is so calming and helps me drift right off to sleep.I love the packaging, a dark glass bottle with a roller ball top. The ingredients are great, all natural, so my teenage daughter also uses it and she too loves it. Great work, Tisserand!

I purchased this after years of daily headaches. I had tried every tablet I could from my GP, seen a neurologist, some made me groggy, some did not work and others I got use to them. I only took the required dose but hated the fact I was on medication. I decided to try something more herbal and loved the reviews on this this product. I was sceptical I will be honest, anyway it arrived and certainly well packaged and fits through the letterbox! Bonus for when you are out.My job is quite demanding at times, computer work and long shift work doesn’t help, said little bottle came to work with me! As soon as I had the “feeling” I was going to get one of my headaches I popped it on my pulse points on my wrist and my temples and forgot about it. No headache! Now I still wasn’t convinced until 4 days in and more or less headache free and only take my medication in the morning is a huge difference (I have Arthritis) to my lifestyle. I have even got work colleagues buying it as they have had a little try of mine and love it. If I feel my headache isn’t going to go I will waft it under my nose and it’s gone, no headache!I am sleeping better as I will fall asleep smelling my wrist so no headache and no waking at 3am with a bad head (this has been regular for years). This product may not be for everyone I appreciate that but for £3.75 it has completely changed my life!

I suffer badly from insomnia, it takes me on average 3 hours to fall asleep followed by 2 hours of solid slumber then I'm wide awake for the remainder of the night. I've tried many products over the years both holistic and GP prescribed but nothing is effective. After reading the online reviews, I thought I'd give this a try. The roller ball makes it easy to apply the oil but I personally think the fragrance was slight and it's longevity awful. It didn't promote sleep or even a relaxed state whatsoever. Really disappointed with this product as had such high hopes.

I believe this works, it is a lovely smell and nice little bottle. I use it on my lower wrists, top of hands. Ive used it many times and it seems to chill me out every time.

This has a lovely smell and my chihuahua who sleeps beside me is crazy for it: it's vitally important that scent doesn't irritate her as dogs are sensitive creatures.Certainly helps somewhat with chronic insomnia but of course it is s not a cure.On a negative note, leaves a dull smell on the sheets which makes me want to wash them. It also had a mild burning sensation on my wrists on the third use : I washed it off and it stopped immediately, weirdly other pulse areas did not react in the same way.I'm now using it when I wake up during the night and dab it under my nose - keeps sheets smelling fresh and no adverse reactions.

Only used it twice and now have sore lumps and bumps in those areas. Very sore and look like small blisters/breakouts. Would recommend testing in a small area first or avoiding. Okay scent, packaging, but not worth it for your skin.
