So, this product helps with nothings.Only use this product if your shoe is too big and you want your feet to fit.However, the purpose of this product is definitely false and it is useless for that purpose.This product is trash.

These pads are super comfortable, and almost have a velvet texture to them making them really soft. They stick well and fit the shoes I used them pretty well. The only tiny issue I had was that they weren’t very thick just for the particular shoe I needed them for because I was trying to close that odd spaced gap between my heel and the shoe being that the shoe was about half a size larger. But if I double up the pads it should work no issue to solve that problem!

The liner in my favored tennis shoes ripped on the back of the heel, I could feel a blister coming up when I was using them. I placed a pair of these pads on the workout area, my snickers feels like new, the worn out area does not rub my heel any more, good.I have a new pair of shoes that I like to use, the shoes were feeling loose, I placed one of these pads under the throat of the shoe, presto good fit.I feel like these cushions have a variety of applications around the shoes.

I ordered this because I have a bump on my slightly torn Achilles Tendon on the back of my foot. The bump rubs against the shoe. I inserted these cushions( No glue required. Nothing to peel off) and they stay in place when you take shoes on and off. It does not directly contact the bump but it makes the shoe more comfortable. Similar item in CVS was $6 for 1 pad or set. I don't remember.

The product looks much smaller on the screen. When I opened the package I was surprised at how big the heel cushions actually are. They fit perfectly into the inside of my shoe, even the color matches. (The adhesive you peel off the back of the cushion is very strong). My shoes run a little big and I had hoped the cushion would make them fit better. It does and the cushion is very comfortable.

Took several vacations where theses pads came in so handy. Used them on a pair of sandals that my heel kept slipping out of (wide feet narrow heels :/ ). My sister brought a pair of sandals with a wide front strap that was not padded and these luckily fit under the strap and she was able to walk all night in her cute new shoes.

This product was just what the doctor ordered! I need a little extra room in my right shoe which always makes the left one too big, so slipping this in the heel renders the problem. This a simple affordable solution! Seller was attentive and made sure the product was to my liking. Thank you!

Bought my kids shoes a little big since they are in between sizes and their feet grow so quickly. Placed a pair of these in tow pairs of new shoes. Really made an effort to get them in there nicely and pressed down well. Each lasted one day before peeling up/off.
