I really can't give a definitive answer as to if these actually work or not. Did I lose weight while taking these? Yes. I was also watching what I ate and exercising. Can I say for sure that these pills attributed to my weight loss instead of eating healthier and exercising? No. Do they actually work? For me, it's inconclusive. I'm not writing off other people's experiences with taking these but for me, it's inconclusive.
