Yummy GRAIN-FREE Cereal, NO Cassava
I LOVE this cereal. Our family is unable to have grains and we're allergic to cassava...so it's been a struggle to find grain-free alternatives to our favourite foods, since most grain-free products have cassava as one of the ingredients. Thankfully this cereal does NOT!This is our morning staple. We love that it's filling, with clean ingredients ...no weird additives, or unpronounceable ingredients, and best of all, it tastes GREAT! We also love that there is no added sugar, or sugar substitutes....that way we have the option of having it unsweetened, or adding chopped up fruit/monk fruit for sweetness. In addition to fruit we also add chopped pecans or spices, like cinnamon or pumpkin spice, or vanilla to create our own versions of Baked Apple Oatmeal, Cranberry Pecan Oatmeal, Peach Cobbler Oatmeal....the variations are endless...so we can have all the variety we want, while still eating healthy.I highly recommend this cereal.

Great Alternative to Oatmeal
I used to eat steel cut oatmeal 3-4 mornings a week but decided I needed to cut back on carbs. Switched to this product 6 months ago. It was a quick conversion. Easy to prepare, tastes decent. Always load it up with blueberries and strawberries. Satisfying way to start the day.

works for me
people who are expecting keto oatmeal products/breads/etc to taste like the real things are expecting way too much, these are ALTERNATIVES to the real things and will never taste like the real thing but, you can come close sometimes..Personally i like this unsweetened keto hot cereal mix, it is quick to make when i don't feel like pulling out and measuring all the like ingredients and cooking it on stove when i make my own.. This here mix is a good 'base' for making it your own way. I added 2 tbsp of organic hemp hearts (or 1/4 cp instant oats sometimes), added 1 1/2 cp of hot unsweetened milkadamia milk or water and 15-20 grams of a keto chow apple pie protein powder. then warmed it back up for 45 seconds and added a little milk, some purecane zero sugar and some chopped pecans on top and this equaled yummy and was pretty filling. EDIT: i now make this on stove too, tastes even better...Glad i decided to try this mix, now that it is cold it will make for a quick regular after fasting brunch meal..

Keto for sure but expensive and very non-oatmeal texture
To be fair, it is what it claims to be. Very Keto friendly. I am someone who can enjoy plain steel cut oats, therefore this isn't so much about the flavor. Nice hint of cinnamon. What got me was the texture. I couldn't finish one serving. Unfortunately it's hard to describe. It looks like shredded nut dust (which I guess it is). Also quite pricey for small bag. Now - some people may not have any issues with the texture, just know it is nothing like oatmeal or cream of wheat.

Very tasty!!
This product was a bit pricey, but it was worth it. Texture is good, flavor is nice, I added a little more cinnamon. I will be ordering again.

So delicious and smooth
I use another grain free oatmeal product that I really like but is more crunchy and thick for to chia seeds. This is more of a cream of wheat texture. I followed the instructions and it came out great. I added just a little milk and a few blueberries. I really enjoyed it and will buy again. You can make your own. I have because I regularly have most of the ingredients on hand. But they aren’t cheap to buy separately either

Real good substitute
I wanted an oatmeal substitute, so that I could stay within my daily carb allowance. I was really nervous when I was measuring up my portion, because it looked odd. I added my hot water, and waited and then it was so close to actual oatmeal, I was almost in tears. My only suggestion would be to add a little extra water, so it's "creamier". Flavor wise is a little bland, but that just gives you creative freedom. I didn't taste a lot of coconut, but you could tell it was there in the texture. Overall, I really like it, and will order again.
