This WAS my FAVORITE Skinny Pasta version but can no longer find it!? 😭 it worked great in soups, taboulle, cold salads even just making Galicia parm couscous. So SAD it's no longer available. Bring it back PLEASE!!

As a diabetic (for most of my life) I am always happy when I find things that I enjoy and can safely eat. This pasta is excellent on it's own, but I often mix the noodles with regular pasta (1 cup "normal" spaghetti or angel hair, allowable per serving to keep within range.) This 1/2 and 1/2 combination with sauce (I use Prego light smart, when I can find it) is delicious. Also, the CousCous and rice cooks nicely in meat loaf. Just be sure to drain the couscous or rice thoroughly and let dry a bit in a strainer before adding it to your meat (plant-based ground meat works nicely, too. We love Beyond brand. ) So much you can do with this pasta. Wish it was easier to find in stores.

Needed to drop some weight and cutting carbs has worked for me in the past. I do like my pasta and rice so I gave these a shot. Many reviews make mention of the "smell" when you first open the package. Yes there is an order that reminds me of ocean shrimp. But just follow the instructions on the package and rinse them well. The texture is different from conventional rice/noodles and they have no flavor which is fine with me as they absorb the flavors of whatever dish you cooked up. If you made something yummy these will mimic yummy and if your dish is crappy so be it:)Enjoy

This is my favorite version of konjac noodles. However, it’s a constant issue with reviving the shape of noodle I ordered. Like every single time. I only like the rice & couscous versions (can’t really handle the texture with the other noodles), but I am literally always sent the wrong ones. Really really irritating.

I was hoping the couscous shape would make konjac noodles a little more palatable, but it didn’t. If anything, it made it a little worse? I’m going to keep trying though, darn it. I really want to like this stuff! It gets points for not smelling as gross as most konjac products. I’m sure with the right recipe, I’ll find a place for this in my heart and pantry.

No smell or taste... picks up the flavor of the spices you use. These are my new fav!
