After reading some other reviews I thought I would try these picks as they appeared to be rather "special". Delivery from Amazon was excellent and they came within 2 days. The illustration against which I ordered showed a variety of thicknesses but I was sent a pack of all 1.00mm which I would have preferred anyway so that wasn't a problem. However I found them unsuitable and I don't like the "thin" sound compared with usual "tortoishell" type picks of the same thickness. I use roundwound strings on a LGB30 archtop guitar and it's really difficult to explain but these acetal polymer picks sound completely different and there is no warmth in them. I cannot in all honesty recommend them and for me they were a waste of money.I shall be continuing using Fender 1.00mm Heavy or 1.5mm D'Andrea which suit my style of playing.

I got these for playing mandolin, and they are just ok. They are a bit clumsy, a bit too heavy, and truthfully, one side of the pick has some sort of uneven surface that was catching on my strings. I ended up abandoning these for a nicer quality pick.

I am learning how to play guitar and I thought this was a great product to try different thicknesses of picks to see which one would fit me better. Instead, I have got 12 picks of 1.52mm... Not useful at all
