Thank you for your inquiry. This is easily achieved using steam from a tea kettle, iron with a steam setting or even a pot of boiling water. When using an iron be certain not to touch the iron to the hat, just press the steam button and let the steam pour over the affected portion of the hat you want to target, in this case the brim. After being in the steam for 30-45 seconds, push the brim into the shap you desire. You can even hold the brim down on a flat surface, using books or something heavy. After letting the hat cool for a few minutes, remove the heavy object(s) and repeat if necessary. I hope this helps! Thank you, Village Hat Shop Team

1. Nobody uses circumference in hat sizing so it is confusing 2. Is your head S M L XL? Pick that way 3. It is adjustable 4. The sizing is as expected 5. Hats are no fun if everyone has the same one. Don’t buy this one, get a different one
