Modern Collectible Tins

I just got the book yesterday. I was wondering if the many tins I have collected since the 70's were worth anything and never knew how to go about finding out. When I came across this book, I ordered it on the spot! Am I glad I did! I had no idea that the tins I have were worth that much! I love the color pics! The tins in this book are NOT antiques, just advertising tins (from the 60's and up?) that I picked up for 25 cents to a dollar at yard sales. I hope the author updates this book every few years. I intend to keep this book in my car as a reference, in case I spot any more tins at the flea markets and yard sales! It's worth buying this book for that reason alone!

This book is out of date, but I was surprised at the number of tins included. Don't pass this up. It was well written, nicely maintained and a great help.
