Love this book! It offers beautiful and easy to make recipe ideas. Plus all the ingredients can be easily purchased in local shops. All the recipes offer detailed macro advice and the book also discusses what recipes are suited to weight loss, muscle building or maintenance. It’s 100% what I’ve been looking for! I would highly recommend if you’re looking for a healthier life style, weight loss or build muscle. It really does cover all aspects of healthy, nutritious and simple eating.

One of Chloe’s best books ever!
Love all Chloe’s books and this one is a fantastic recipe book! Quick, easy to make recipes.The book is separated into goals whether it be fat loss, muscle building and general health. Macros and calories broken down which is incredibly helpful!Highly recommend!

Good if you are new to healthy eating
I do like chloe, bought her book on Black Friday sale. However I must say I am quite underwhelmed by this book, I went through the whole book, only found one recipe exciting. I guess cuZ I have been healthy eating For a long time so the recipes aren’t that new to me. However if you are new to healthy eating and fitness, need to find out what to fit in your daily calories, this is good book.

Really Fantastic book. All the recipes I would make and gives a full breakdown of fat, carbs and fat content. No difficult ingredients and really quick to make!There is even a section for snacks!10/10

Really good book. Simply laid out, informative without being too heavy with information you don’t really need, the recipes do look quick and easy to make. Impressed.
