I bought this for my 3 (almost 4) year old on our Florida vacation this summer. This was great for keeping sun off his face and neck! He also got lots of compliments- it’s super cute! It seems to have been pretty comfortable, too, because he didn’t complain about wearing it. We did have a bit of an issue of sand getting caught in the mesh liner, but were able to get it out ok. I would recommend! Big sis (age 7) was even able to borrow it, and it fit comfortably with the adjustable band!

Purchased this for my 3 yr l.o. He actually kept it on his head and it did a good job at protecting his face from the sun. It's adjustable so he will be able to use it for at least a couple summers.The quality seems to be good. I threw the hat in the washer and it kept it's shape. I did hang dry instead of putting it in the dryer.

It’s cute but it’s HUGE.

This is the cutest little kid hat in the whole world! I love that it protects my son's neck from the sun as well since he's usually looking down digging in the dirt or sand! the dinosaur pattern and scales is so cute! It's very light weight and my son didnt mind having it on for a long time.

This hat is great! I love the detachable strap. I love the design. I love the long flap in back for neck protection. My son adores it.The only negative point I have is that the whistle isn’t easily removable. In fact, there are only two ways to take it off: 1) Remove the strap (which make it harder to keep the hat on a running preschooler) or 2) snap the loop off the back or the whistle, permanently removing it. I don’t love either option, so the whistle has stayed on. But it’s hard to convince a little boy to stop blowing the whistle, and it’s hard to keep the hat on him without the strap. Also, when he’s digging in sand, the whistle dangles in the dirt. Then he blows it and gets dirt in his mouth.So, the only improvement I’d ask for would be that the whistle attached to the string with a clip or jump ring or something easily detachable.

My niece kept cool and comfortable, and super cute! Definitely purchasing one for each of my nieces and nephews for Christmas! They won't need it until summer, but it's big and adjustable! The sun protection was on point. It's super lightweight and foldable!!!

Got it for my 4 years old boy, it’s really cute, soft, light weight and quick dry . Also breathable and great for hot weather. It covers the whole face and neck area! My son was able to keep it on for hours during water play without complaining of sweaty or hot . Will definitely buy more !!!
