It does helped
Simple stretches devise that I use when watching tv. It is very comfortable to wear. It gently pulled my foot, ankle along with my big toes. This position is the most helpful to get my PF muscles stretched. Imo not a sleeping devise. Like every thing don’t over do it .

Works great, easy to use!
This simple foot stretcher is easy to figure out and works great. My feet are a size 7.5-8 women's (USA) and I'm able to do a variety of things with it, including putting a narrow ice pack under my foot after massaging and stretching the painful plantar fasciitis area. I actually returned a different one that was ridiculously complicated and bought this one for half the price. I highly recommend getting some arch inserts to ease the pain of plantar fasciitis, along with breaking up the tight fascia on the underside of your foot. I'm a retired massage therapist, so I'm treating myself, but if you're not sure how to massage the knots out of your feet, google it, or, find a good massage therapist and they'll help you.

Works as expected.
Good device to stretch calf muscles.Be aware that it hurt my heel because it is not padded well around the hole area where your heel goes.

Amazon's choice fails again
I got this as an aid to stretch the structures of my foot effectively. Poor quality and unusable, does not help to stretch foot in the slightest. A dish towel or sock is far more useful-and cheaper!!
