Keto made easy and delicious.
The first part of this book explains what the Ketogenic diet entails, like how to get into ketosis. But the part of the book I really love, is the recipes. The Overnight Eggs Benedict Casserole was definitely my favorite breakfast dish. The Spicy Shredded Chicken Lettuce Wraps were delicious. There are a lot of recipes in this book and all of the ones I tried were tasty and easy for me to make. I love that the recipes use a Crockpot because it is my favorite kitchen appliance.I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Well rounded book
A guide for people looking to learn more about the ketogenic diet with a ton of great information. The cookbook is secondary along with a meal prep, and diet plan. This looks like a good beginner’s guide with a well rounded amount of ideas on keto. What did I like? Beautiful cover is always eye catching. Book starts with a comparison between Atkins and Keto, how to reset your metabolism, and good info on how to go into ketosis. Lots of information without being monotonous or boring. Cookbook part was pretty good but not a ton of recipes. Would I recommend or buy? Ideally for beginner’s there is a wealth of information. Buying it for a cookbook aspect though is moot, not a ton of diversity there but a few nice pictures of the meals. It’s a good book to start the keto diet with and offers good information so if your a beginner then this will help. I’m a more advanced Keto, so a lot of the info although good was not new to me. Excellent Book
This book was another fantastic read for my research on Ketogenic Diets. I was already a fan of the Mediterranean Diet and Mark Pairing it with Ketogenic dieting knocked this one out of the park in my opinion. A good resource to a healthy you
In this cookbook Mark brings Keto and the Mediterranean diet together as a great resource to use for fast delicious recipes and a fantastic guide to help you on the way way to a healthier you.
