Great Jensen Sound
Has that Jensen sound and super lightweight. Makes an already light amp even lighter. About half the weight of the speaker I replaced it with.

GET THE BEST JENSEN TORNADO, SOO GOOD
i had Marshall stock speaker for about a year but after watching some YouTube videos and reading video comments this speaker was highly recommended so i bought it, and wow does this speaker have balls. when raising the volume my old stock speaker sounded like it's having a heart attack but the tornado takes that amp power like a walk in the park holding it's powerful punch quality .

A real winner from Jensen's new owners
This speaker sounds really, really good to me in my otherwise-stock Carvin Nomad. It cured the issues I had with the stock speaker (Carvin GT12 100w 8ohm) like:-It sounded like a$$, literally: commanding, farty bass.-Way too much treble extension.-Unbalanced response with THAT amp, in an open-back box.I've used 4 GT12 drivers for years in a stereo 4x12 (closed-back) setup but they are way too Vintage 30-sounding for open back boxes. These Italian-made Jensen drivers make the amp feel more like a sealed cab due to the tight bass (not lacking, but you can peg the knob right to 10 and it still sounds awesome). The mids are very balanced but prominent, and not fatiguing in the least. Treble is crisp and detailed but not out of line with the rest of the presented response curve. If I had to hazard a guess, I'd imagine two of these drivers would "slay," as is the parlance, in a Fender Twin Reverb or Blues Deville, Peavey Classic 50, etc.In my opinion, this driver lends my Nomad:-Chest-thumping palm mutes and precussive strikes and plucks-A warm, detailed, complex midrange with lots of harmonic content that shifts with technique.-Treble as present, far-reaching, and crisp as you'd want while still not outpacing the mids or bass, or your ears' ability to handle it all. This speaker absolutely screams when I do false harmonic vibrato bar screams and bombs!! Sounds great clean or with light, medium, and heavy gain. At home with any style of tone! And, yeah... It's neodymium magnet is very lightweight. I didn't even mention that, but it's why I purchased the thing in the first place, and has become a secondary bonus feature. Didn't have to pull tubes to get it in the amp, either.
