Helps to balance hormones
I started drinking this tea because I heard it helps balance female hormones. So because I have some hormonally induced health problems, I thought it couldn't harm to try it.If you brew it a little too long, you will certainly make your tea bitter, but I steep it for about 4 mins and add a teaspoon of honey or sugar and it tastes just like hot maple syrup.It has helped reduce my menstrual back pains significantly, and I had a scan a few weeks back and some cysts I have been diagnosed with, have reduced and disappeared completely. I chose to believe that fenugreek has helped with that. And I do believe that a pleasant side effect is that it's growing and thickening my hair which is always nice. So I'll keep drinking it for the foreseeable future.
