Worked for me!
Not sure why the bad reviews. I had already purchased this paint in green and decided to try aqua. I painted flower pots (glazed and unglazed) and ping pong balls. All came out great. I shook the can for 3 minutes and applied the white base coat. The white base is seriously important! Then applied 3 coats of color. I waited 20 minutes between coats. Turned out just fine. I think it helps to look at your project in the dark as you go. It goes on clear so you can’t see any missed spots till it glows. The plastic ping pong balls turned out well too. Fun for night games! They would be awesome for an astronomy project too. It does take patience to do a white base and let each coat dry completely and not rush. Otherwise…no complaints here!

Doesn’t work
I sprayed down a skeleton for Halloween to glow in a black light. Apart came out of the can but absolutely no color and no glow. $30 down the drain. Garbage.

Cool stuff
This works well as a palette backdrop for phosphorescent painting

Not aqua nor strong
Bought two, used one. Not working as demonstrated. It’s just green not aqua. And, yeah, I’m not sure if it’s ‘world’s strongest glow’ but this thing barely glows for me after 3 dripping thick layers. If u don’t know peanut butter glows in dark too. Go give it a try this thing is about the Same strength. If it’s not the damn rats I would use peanut butter on my car insteadOh yeah and u can’t return this because it’s flammable

High Price / Low Glow
I've burned through a lot of glow paint. Have used the green pigment GLO-X prior to purchasing the "aqua" tint. For all those people complaining the products don't work, you're just not using an opaque background, without some white underneath, glow paints don't work well, if at all. The green is pretty decent for glowing, the aqua is a lot less pronounced. Both paints have an excellent finish to them. But, for $30 a can, I'll stick with the Rustoleum GID Max paint. Glows just as brightly, and is less cost. $30 a can is a grift.

It doesn't glow, it's a scam
We were so excited to use this on our skeletons for Halloween this year. After following the instructions, absolutely nothing. There's not even a hint of glow. It brought our Halloween spirits down. Don't waste your money unless you're rich and can afford 1 can per small item. That's all.

Doesn’t work
I followed the instructions 100%. And even bought the pre coat spray, and not even a little glimmer, zero. Worst of all you can’t return it at all. And I’m still waiting on response after I contacted them about the product.
