I live by the shore. Very sandy everywhere. Even when you don't think there is sand, you have it all over your surfaces. Of course, constant dusting, and wiping helps, but somehow sand is still there. I needed this to protect my surface duo from sand scratches when placing my phone down. it does its job, but also gets dimples from surfaces, I take care of my phones, I make sure to watch where I place it. even then, this product would be great if it were at the $5 level. But at the price point? I might try and make my own. I have had to buy news ones too. I have had to return my phone twice, and there went my skin. Some companies used to have a lifetime warranty. no questions asked. they send you a new skin. at this price this company should do that same!
