Remington Pro 1" Flat Iron with Thermaluxe Advanced Thermal Technology, Blush Pink, S9110S

Whoa, this straightener is gorgeous. I had a previous iron that made the worst mess of my hair and pulled and broke hair. I thought I was just not good at straighteners. Then I decided to just GET A NEW STRAIGHTENER and I found this beauty. It is physically a work of art, sleek and high end looking, and the cord is even cool. It straightens my hair in just a few passes, and now I can access all those straight styles I've been wanting but had to stick with the wavy styles, as that's my hair type. This straightener is a game changer, and the price is unbelievably reasonable. I had been eyeballing the Kardashian (Chi makes them) but the price was dumb on those -- $100, basically, and for what. Save your money and get one of these. Hope it lasts, Remington products have a good reputation for being reliable over time, and I hope that holds true for this piece.

Wow - I am extremely satisfied with the quality of such an affordable product. My previous Remington straightener lasted about four years. After doing some research, this one seemed to be a good fit for me.Pros: heats up in 30 seconds, adjustable temp (I use the highest heat), thin and sleek, travel case, doesn't get caught in hair, straightens in one swipe (sometimes ill do the roots twice)My hair is naturally thick and curly. I section my hair and straighten (right over the curls, i dont' brush them) and it takes appx 10 minutes.

I absolutely love this straightener for curling light beach waves! The placement of the on off button as well as the dial for temperature is fantastic! I had the pearl prior but it was really hard to curl with because I would constantly hit the temperature buttons without knowing it. I’m not a huge fan of the fabric wrapped cord but it doesn’t make or break it for me. I actually ended up keeping this and returning a Chi because I felt this one was easier to curl with. I did like the chi for straightening however I rarely straighten my hair (minus getting the waves out prior to curling) overall I’m really pleased with this flat iron!

This straightener is lovely, I love the blush pink color with the rose gold trim. I was kind of skeptical at first as I am used to having a digital display vs a dial, but this is not a big issue for me anymore. Straightener works great and gets hot quite fast. I do wish that the cord was a bit longer and was less thicker - the thickness of the cord makes it somewhat of an annoyance to maneuver at times. Overall, great product and very pretty!

First off. I normally pay between $125- $200 for my straighteners that only tend to lay 1-2 years max. However, when my daughter became old enough and wanted to start straightening her hair, I wanted to buy her a cheap one to make sure she took care of it properly and actually used it. No use in spending $150 on something she does not use. So, I did my research and looked at reviews and I ended up buy her a Remington for $25 (different model than this one). She loves it! So when my expensive straightener died after 2 years, I borrowed hers while trying to decide which straightener to buy myself next. I am so glad I did! I loved her Remington so much that I bought this one for myself. I will never buy another straightener over $50 again. This one works so much better than the other expensive ones I am use to buying.On a side note, my daughter's straightener is over 2 years old and still works like new. It has outlived my expensive straightener.The only thing I would change with this straightener is to make the temperature gauge digital like my daughter's instead of having the manual turn gauge.I highly recommend this brand!

The smell is terrible. And it is not even near as good as the chi I had for 12 years. It DOES LEAVE FRIZZ do not be fooled. Not quality.

This is such a wonderful flat iron. I would recommend over and over again. I have very thick natural hair and it straightened it like I have never seen it before. It is so silky. I live in the tropics and my hair is not afraid to frizz and revert. It has been 10 days and I still have silky pressed hair. I use a silk scarf to tie my hair every night which I think has helped with the longevity of the style. I am not disappointed with this purchase.

It worked well for a while, but now it won't stay on for more than a minute at a time. Don't waste your money.

Por el precio es una excelente adquisición. Calienta súper rápido, el planchado de igual manera es rápido y lo deja muy suave. Sin duda la recomiendo mucho. Como un plus el diseño es muy bonito y ligero. Viene con una funda para guardarla.

Heats up quite fast and the quality of the power cord is impressive. It is a stylish and good looking straighter, it works well and fast, but I’m giving 4 stars as I find it does tend to pull my hair, doesn’t slide as smoothly as I’d hoped. Still, good bang for your buck, I’m satisfied with it!!
