This camera comes with less than ideal manual, the setup is reasonably easy, no information on protocol or wiring of the rs485. The onboard menu is utterly useless and not to mention the ptz stand for pan tilt and zoom, this camera has no zoom!. Don't waste your money on this camera!! Menu also locks to ntsc and not pal on reset. The only thing I can say good about this camera is the box it came in, as its going back!

It was only pan and tilt Zoom was digital. But solved the purpose. Price was ok But thes are analog

So having taken the camera out of the box I found the dome would not stay screwed on and fell off at the slightest touch So I had to glue the dome in place. In daylight I can't fault the camera the vision is excellent and The P T Z control up down left and right works perfectly sadly when the camera changes to night time vision The P T Z control up down left and right doesn't work and the video is hazy and foggy, and sometimes loss of videoI also found the Infrared only illuminates about 20 feet and not 65 feet as stated in the product descriptionThe common causes of no video or malfunction is the cable run is too long and there’s just not enough powerFor the camera to work properly so I had to put the camera on its own supply and move to within 6 feet of my camera and it is for the reasons above I give the product one star.
