The media could not be loaded. The product itself is pretty much as expected. It has a satisfying “click” as it spins. There is a however, might be small to some, but irksome to us. The pointer could only be on the bottom. We tried putting it at the top, but there wasn’t enough room where the hole is to hold the wheel in place. Naturally people look to the top, so it takes mental adjustment. We plan to use it for Paparazzi shows and live raffles!
