Q: Does the blue screen protect eye sight?

As far as I know, this is doing the job. My eyes are not as tired as they previously were at the end of the day. I get no distortion and haven’t been aware of any color change with this screen cover.

Yes easy off and nothing left behind

Q: Can you place this screen over a glass screen protector that's already on the ipad?

I don’t think so. I took my old screen protector off and then put this one on. I’ve never tried multiple screen protectors on my iPad

Q: What are the dimensions of the screen itself?

7-3/4” X 5-3/4” inside the frame. Mine still works like new, not one issue ever. I’m retired, on it all the time, battery is great.
