Fantastic glow plugs. These are the best for your 1984 Ford IDI Diesel Pickup Engine. These will not warp or bloom if they get too hot.They light up pretty quick too.Here is a video where these glow plugs are bench tested in the field to see how quick they light up.Very nice glowplugs.Avoid the others and buy these. Had autolite before, learned lesson, use OEM glow plugs

These are the only ones that work in the older NA diesel engines.

These didn't last 6 months during the summer in my 86 F-250 6.9L all 8 were burnt out and had to be replaced. I even disconnected the factory glow plug switch and put in a momentary push button to prevent the over use of the plugs while the engine is running. Still didn't help them. I replaced them with some DiesleRX plugs.

If you have one of the older idi diesels (mine is a 6.9 in an '84 F250) these are a must. They are a little more pricey than the competitors but in this case you do get what you pay for.

Used for a 1986 F250 Ford that had bad plugs. Worked well.

One package had a random part and no glow plug.

I ordered these and expected them to be spade connection .. instead I got 7 round and one spade
