Customer service was excellent. After sending me only 2oz from a 4oz order and after initially telling me that they had shipped it properly, I sent them actual pictures of the 2oz bottle and also the Amazon purchase proof for 4oz. They admitted it was their mistake and promptly sent 2oz out which I got 2days later. In this case I wasnt going to take 4oz all at once and it wasnt a big deal other than it was in terms of what inordrred and what initially started as a typical response "we didnt mess up". I was going to escalate and get Amazon involved but they resolved it very well ASAP within 1 day of me notifying them of the error. So kudos!As for the product itself...I got this for a combo of helping with legs cramps I occasionally get (usually take hyland leg cramps and that works very well for me) and also due to the quinine content that MAY help protect against COVID-19. I honestly dont know if it will...my research says not likely nor do these guys proclaim it does. I have a DO friend who swears it will however and as such for 30 bucks ok I'll take it, especially since my wife works as a nurse in a nursing home and is constantly exposed. No ots not the same as HCQ. In fact HCQ isnt made from the quinine bark. Its synthetically made and much more potent. But i take it for leg cramps too. Thus far it's hard to tell if it's working. But it tastes actually very good (i expect medicine tontaxte like crapola so that was a pleasant surprise...its a little of an odd taste but its sweet and it's a nice flavor).I give 5 stars just for customer service alone. Theyve earned my business should i ever decide to buy more. I can trust these guys to do what's right!

I get cramps on a regular basis. For over 50-years, my neurologists have either prescribed or recommended the use of quinine to help reduce frequency and duration of my cramps. But each person is different. While quinine can be great in helping with cramps, you should ALWAYS have your doctor check you over if you haven't already.

Dropper full a day seems to prevent leg cramps
