super easy to put together, love it
The saucer is practically noiseless, and the small amount of noise it does make is honestly soothing. My kiddos LOVE the treats that came with it (6 female mice), and the house/seesaw were disassembled but super easy to put together and have held up. My mice really like nibbling on the seesaw which is awesome. They haven't interacted too much with the chewing sticks, but I like them and I think they will too when they get around to them- I recently put in lots of things so there's lots of other things holding their attention

Broken pieces how do I contact seller directly?
The toys had broken pieces, rest was all good. How do I contact seller directly? I don’t want to return the entire box since most stuff Is good. It would be wasteful to return everything when only couple things broken

These hamster products are great, hamster isnt dead so im happy

Not easy to put togther
The little house and seesaw are easy to put together but the material is not great. The wheel came in 2 pieces but I am unsure if it was supposed to because it was really difficult to screw together and I'm not sure it wont fall apart.

WASTE OF MONEY!!!
If you have gerbils do NOT buy this! The wheel wont stay together and its cheap plastic which can make them sick! Also the "wood" hut and seesaw is so cheaply made and so bad for them if they chew on it! All around dissatisfied with the product
