This had a lot of the ingredients I take anyway for prostate health and general wellness, so I thought it would be nice to try all of these great ingredients together in smoothie form.It's really delicious, a vanilla flavor. I was really quite surprised by the taste, because some of these ingredients (particularly roots) have a pretty bitter taste. But this was fine. I blend with other things (like vanilla protein powder plus some stevia, with some almond milk and ice). But you can blend it with just your choice of milk and it would taste good.A lot (but not all) of the ingredients here are organic.I think you're supposed to take this while trying to conceive - it's only a 7 day supply, so maybe time these smoothies with ovulation? I'm not certain, but at almost $3 per serving it is pretty expensive. Due to cost I won't be taking it on a daily basis for prostate health, but if you're trying to conceive it's worth a shot.

The packaging is so tight in the bag, it makes it difficult to scoop out the servings. I'm halfway done giving it to my husband in smoothies, and it seems like it's barely 7 servings, or not quite even.
