NeedBoNDB Men's Classical Comfortable II Flip-Flop

Recently my favorite pair of sandals / flip flops broke and so it was time for a replacement. I’ve had those flip flops for almost a decade - they were that good! And so I wasn’t going to settle for any new pair of flip flops. I was determined to find the best one. Here’s my review after trying and testing more than 10 pairs of sandals from Amazon.The three most important features that differentiate sandals (apart from looks - that is highly personal) are the following:- Height of the sole: Some sandals are so thin that it's as if you're walking barefoot while some others are uncomfortably thick which can make you lose balance.- Type / material of sole: Some of harder and water-resistant, others are soft and some are in the middle.- Looseness of the strap: That for me is perhaps the most important differentiator of sandals. Too lose and you struggle to keep them from flying off your foot - too tight and it makes for a struggle every time you try to put them on.This particular pair: This was my favorite one and the one I will be keeping. First, it looks awesome - their designers are great. Second, the sole is just the right material, not too think and not too thick and most importantly the strap has just the right balance of loose / tight. Perfect.I would definitely recommend this pair of sandals more than any other pair!

For the price these are a great option. A bit squeaky which is less bothersome to me than it is those I'm around, but oh well. The sandals don't get slippery when wet (reference Bon Jovi) and are very comfortable. I find that new flip flops usually take a few wearings to get used to and to avoid blisters but these were great from the moment I first put them on.Also, the shoes felt a bit small at first, not uncomfortable but just not long enough. However, after a couple days they stretched just enough to be a perfect fit. So don't freak out if they seem a half inch too small on the back.UPDATE 7/21/17These shoes have lasted fine and I've put them through a lot (nearly daily use, a couple hikes, etc.) but I've now had them for about nine months and have purchased a replacement as they are starting to fall apart. I still think they are a great buy, comfy, and durable for most people's use - I just wear flip flops a lot and put them through a lot.

I did not like the look or feel of these at first but within the first day or two, I could feel a difference. Once they soften and form your foot a bit they are amazing. Very impressed after a couple months of wearing them. So soft and durable, also not slipping when they get wet.

I live in the humid hot south and wear flip flops almost all year long. I love these because they have sort of a firm cushion that is the ideal thickness. The soles give them a perfect amount of support/comfort. They show virtually no wear after several months. The top strap and toe strap are very comfortable. These are also very well made. You'd have to be doing parkour to mess these up. I expect to get many years of enjoyment from these.

I've never liked flip flops. I have used them only when showering to avoid fungus and at public pools , when I was a kid.These flip flops are actually comfortable and I find myself wearing around my home. Now , that my not be a big deal for you but it is for me. They are comfortable. P.S. my foot size is 14 . There are very good foot flops.

The model of the shoe was a tad bit narrower than described; and as far support your essentially paying for what you get here. This is good deal for a quick sandal replacement. Like a spare tire, if you will.

Edit: 5-3-19I was sent a new pair, and they are of a different design. The last 2 pictures show the difference. Instead of a rubberish band over the foot, it's now cloth. This should make it better and last longer. The padding for under the foot has changed as well though not sure how that will affect it one way or another. It's obvious they changed the design and manufacturing seemingly, for the better. They fit about the same and I'm hoping they last this time. I am very grateful the company reached out and helped me with the replacement. This was a one-star review but is now a five star. I will see how that goes and update my review as needed.Original:They were really tight when I first got them. I almost returned them right then and there. Looking back I should have. I was walking around outside and the top part on the right one snapped in half. I am NOT happy nor impressed when Walmart ones seem to last a year for me usually. >.<Included are pictures of them.

If you are looking for a very lightweight flip flop (with no arch support), then this is a nice sandal. In fact, I liked it so much, I bought a second pair. It reminds me of the Airwalk sandal/flip flop from Payless Shoe Store(?), which went out of business a while back. Cheers
