Product arrived on time, and was exactly as described. It's a very nice reproduction of the Connor Macleod katana from the movie Highlander (top in image). It goes nicely with my Duncan Macleod katana from Highalnder (the series).... (bottom in image).

Great sword and display piece but unfortunately the handle is completely misaligned when it was placed on the tang. So when you hold it, it seems like the blade has a bad warp to the right.

This sword is a very affordable display sword ! As you may see I done a easy modification to the noise. Awesome quality ! Didn't forget to to purchase a sword stand for Amazon. To show off your new favorite Sword ! Update: The Blade has been fully sharpened ! All fittings are still tight ! This sword is half tang and can do medium cutting. Only if you have real in person training.

I've bought swords before, so this is not my first time with a blade. I think I've rated this appropriately. I've always wanted a "highlander" sword since I was a kid. I've been looking at this sword for several weeks. So I finally decided to get it. It arrived quickly and was received in a box just big enough to hold the sword. I opened it up and the sword was covered in a black cloth. I was impressed. I unwrapped the sword and immediately noticed the handle. It was a little wider and longer than I expected. I removed the scabbard and exposed the blade. It was sharp! I've bought swords that were simply for display and the blade was left dull. I was happy that this blade was sharpened. A sword is meant for combat. An unsharpened sword is about as good as a gun that cannot fire. In the end, I couldn't give this sword less than five stars. Oddly enough, I feel a spirit of protection is in this sword. It has a job. It's job is to defend you. For your enemies, I must say one thing, don't anger the dragon.

An excellent reproduction from the original late 80s Highlander movie. Just FYI the handle is a bit bulkier than normal katanas. Overall pleased with the product would make a fine edition to one’s sword collection.
