Hurst5380036 Gear Shift Lever Stick

I am actually really impressed with this! I guess I should be for $130 but either way I don’t regret it!I installed this on my 1987 Ford Mustang and it really pops! It matches great with my Corbeau seats. I wish the shift knob was slightly bigger since I have large hands but it’s no issue. This is a premium product that comes at a premium price point. If you’re going for classic/race look and feel go Hurst. Insta @muricamustang

This is a nice replacement. My car came with a Pro 5.0 shifter that was too short. I am tall and sit way back in the car, so I had to lean forward to get a grip on the short shifter handle on the pro 5.0. This one is significantly longer and leans back a bit. If I had any complaint it is too tall. Makes the short shifter have a longer throw. The boot and surround are nice. Especially if your car has the nubs broken off that hold the shifter boot in place. My car came with the shifter boot double stick taped on. So, this is much nicer. The plastic bezel is not quite as nice as stock. It doesn't quite fit as tight and lifts a small amount in the front.The thing looks classic bad ass. I really like the look and feel of the shifter ball and the chrome is very nice and smooth. With a few minor tweaks it would be perfect, but it's a keeper as is.

Shifter looks right at home in my 90, Add a authentic look to the interior. Make sure to use locking clips from stock cover for the Hurst cover to lock in place. Lever measures 9", I had a shorter shifter Lever but honestly it doesn't matter cause it looks and feels awesome. Price not bad for a original Hurst product..
