RubiesGirl's Wizard of Oz Glinda The Good Witch Costume, Toddler

My daughter was so excited for this. I ordered the kjds costumes in august just to make sure we got them all as my 4 kids are being different wizard of Oz characters. However stupidly we didn’t go to try them on until the end of September. When it was past the return window. This costume is so tiny the arms wouldn’t even fit on my 5 month old baby. I cut them hoping if I did that I could at least get this on my 3 year old. But once it was on we noticed the back had ripped too and I couldn’t close the back and she said it was so itchy. We don’t have another option so will have to stick with it. I did read reviews before and saw similar complaints, but unfortunately o didn’t see any other good witch costumes, I should have tried to come up with something myself

Daughter loved it! was super cute. She wears a 2T and the arm elastics were small, we just cut the elastic rubber out and then it fit great! also had to adjust the head piece, we just used bobby pins (:

The size was for a 2TThe crown is a hard plastic, that is very wide, big enough to fit an adult head. It wouldn't hold shape.No wand was included.The dress is very cute but the bands around the arm are very tight, with no elasticity to get around the arm.

Adorable dress but we had to practice putting it on and wearing it a few times leading up to Halloween so that my daughter would be comfortable wearing it for Halloween. It is poofy and itchy-not a great combo for and 18month old. No stretch, difficult to get arms through the sleeves. The elastic wasn’t constricting on my child’s arms but it was hard to get her hands through the narrow part past the poof. I bought a long sleeve pink leotard so that the sleeve material didn’t come in contact with her arms and that helped immensely. She wouldn’t keep it on longer than 5 minutes prior to that. The hat was huge and I couldn’t get it smaller I tired to reattach the Velcro with hot glue and super glue but it wouldn’t stick to the plastic, so be warned. You will have to resew the Velcro to adjust OR use a stapler. I ended up buying a smaller crown on Amazon instead. We didn’t have the huge-crown glinda look, but I wasn’t about to fight a toddler all night! My daughter is in 18 month clothes right now and is on the taller side. I don’t see this fitting much longer but it was perfect for right now. All in all it was adorable, and I don’t regret buying it, but is itchy and was not made to last.

I should've listened to the reviews about it being small. I figured since my daughter is small for her age & that she was just under the measurements shown for the sizing, that it would fit. She is 4 yrs old, 30 lbs. The sleeves wouldn't go all the way up her arms and it wouldn't close in the back. Had to return and get the child size small. Hopefully that one works out.

I knew this dress would fit perfectly for my daughter being as though she is petite. This dress is made for a small figure. I recommend it only for the ages 6-12 months. My daughter is almost 2yrs old but can still fit/wear 12-18months clothes. I hope that make sense for anyone who is questioning the sizing of this dress. If your child’s sizing goes accordingly to their age ( for example their usual size or sizing up) then I wouldn’t recommend this dress. I know for my daughter even though she is able to fit the dress, it’s probably a one wear occasion.

Adorable. I took off a star for the fit, it was a little snug and ripped in the back getting it on. It served its purpose for the day.

The dress arrived way too small and did not go with the size guide, it says toddler. But I have a very skinny toddler like 28 lbs. And dress was way too small and arrived with the see through sleeves ripped from the puff part of the sleeve. The crown is hard plastic and a piece cracked off of the crown when putting it on her head. I bought this to go with my dorothy costume and my sons scarecrow costume, and the sad part is this costume was the most expensive one.

Way too small , a petite 3 year old was way too small disappointed

This costume was supposed to fit toddler size 2-4. The length was fine but it was so narrow there was no way my daughter was going to fit it and she is a true size 2. We returned it.
