I put it on first yesterday evening,and the pin that screws in free wheeled because the threads are stripped down and too shallow on the u ring, and pin. I can pull the pin out without even screwing it in. As USMC Veteran, I support the cause, but I feel this bracelet needs some tweaking in the design of the locking pin. Please regroup and fix the problem ⚠️.Thank you.

As far as the company and what they do it’s awesome I support veterans every chance I get but as far as the product itself it was defective as soon as I received it like other reviewers I had the same issue the threads where stripped therefore the screw wouldn’t stay in place making the bracelet unwearable it looks nice absolutely but for the price you expect it to have a better craftsmanship kind of disappointed

I made this purchase to support the cause. I avoided buying it for weeks because of the clasp. This type of clasp is an incredibly bad idea for a wrist product. First, it is difficult to put on - especially new when the bracelet is stiff and flat. The first thing I did after fighting with putting it on for several minutes was curl it up and leave it all night so it was curved. That made it easier, but it is a two handed clasp having to be done with one hand - unless a friend is near. And the small screw isn't retained and is easy to drop. I can't wear it at the gym. weightlifting gloves wrap around that area. which means I have to take it off and fight with it again to put it back on. I hope these aren't going to disabled customers.I would buy it again, but only to support the cause. And I hope that I have purchased wisely - meaning that the appropriate amount of money is being used as advertised.Hats off to your effort - but change the blasted clasp!!!I would buy it again to support the cause

I got my bracelet yesterday and put it on my wrist. today as I was walking the bracelet felt loose and when I looked at it the thing that fastens it together had fallen out and I never found it. I feel you should have to replace it. I had it screwed in and it felt secure yesterday but somehow it came out which means I'm unable to wear it
