HSI Professional Smoothing Shampoo with Argan Oil, 8 Ounce

I have been using their shampoo, conditioner, spray argon oil, and pump argon oil for seven years! LOVE them!I will say that a couple of years ago, the price for the shampoo JUMPED dramatically. I was used to be 32 oz for $18. Now it is nuts expensive at $50 or more depending on where you purchase. Their shampoo is tough to find now. I ordered a few times and received crappy packaging with leakage and even received bottles of argan oil instead of shampoo. I could use the leakage shipments - only a bit leaked out, maybe less than an ounce. I returned the oil at no charge.I tried another brand of shampoo and conditioner for a while but found they did not clean my hair as HSI leaving my hair dry and crispy. I just received an 8 oz bottle of HSI shampoo and used it today. WHAT A SPLENDID difference. Hair is clean, soft, fresh, delightful fragrance.

I have used HSI Professional Shampoo with Argan and the conditioner made to go with it for a few weeks now. I love how they leave my hair feeling smooth, free of static, looking radiant and shiny, vibrant, and full of life. Both products are of very high quality and would be good for use with all hair types. I have used both products and I have very thin, fine hair. It doesn't weigh my hair down like a lot of products do. My daughter, who has very thick and full hair has also used it with great results. The products work well separately, but to get the real benefit they should both be used together. I love that they come with a pump for easy dispensing. Many hair products purchased from beauty supply stores require you to purchase the pump separately, which is an added expense. While I received these products at a discounted price in exchange for writing an honest review, they are a bargain at full price. They cost much less than what I have paid for expensive salon brands and work just as well, if not better. I love having them in my shower and will purchase more when these run out!

I purchased this with the intention of straightening my hair, until I re-thought putting heat to my hair! I felt there was no point and even having it, but it was already on its way lol. Taking a chance, I have to say I'm pleased overall, so hopefully it will continue to do well for my natural (thick, coarse) hair. Has a very strong scent, yet a tolerable nice smell. Very smoothing just by rubbing it in my hair! Detangles fairly and I'm not sure how well it deals with shedding because I had not washed nor even taken care of my hair in 2 weeks (bad me), so I expected to shed much. The results of just using the shampoo and conditioner left my hair soft, smooth, very light, and even brought my curls back to life (:

I bought this product about five years ago and loved it. I had been visiting my so. During a winter snow storm and it reeked havoc on my scalp. NOTHING would settle it down despite all efforts...until this. My scalp healed almost immediately and stayed healthy. Then, as we sometimes do, I switched products. Then I moved from Maui to a colder climate and my hair frizzed and dried and looked awful. Two years and hundreds of dollars on product later, I pulled out my left over bottle of this and tried it again. OMG!!! Why did I ever leave???? Frizz gone, healthy hair and they now have this great leave in oil and my hair has never looked better! It is a bit perfumy, but the shampoo more so than the conditioner, so that is what I am left smelling. I love this stuff!

Takes a lot of pumps to get a small amount of shampoo. I'm finding that its not lathering much at all and I have to shampoo twice. It does smell very nice. The bottle is quite heavy, not sure why.Smells yummy.

I am so pleased with HSI Argan oil shampoo and their hair mask! My hair has never been healthier. I know several people have mentioned that it does not make enough suds, but it is a sulfite free shampoo, and it cleans without the harshness. It took my hair a couple of washes to get used to it, and then it was amazing! My hair is in the best shape it has ever been. I have been using this shampoo and the hair mask for every wash and my hair is very smooth and the frizziness is gone. I have fine but wavy hair and it is prone to get frizzy depending on rain, etc. I have had to use much less of leave in treatments since I started to use this hair line. I will be buying more!

I purchased the complete set (shampoo, conditioner, hair mask and heat protector). The shampoo is not like normal shampoo (it doesn't foam up) and leaves my hair feeling and looking greasy all day. And the smell...the smell is horrid. It always smells like I just walked out of a hair salon after using these products. The smell is sickening.The hair products I buy at Wal-Mart not only smell amazing, but they actually do what they advertise.

I have colored hair. It is damaged, dry and when humidity is high, it curls in every direction you can think of. I spent lots of money for years. Nothing was as effective as this shampoo. I also bought the conditioner from the same company. My hair looks fantastic! I love it!
