The first bottle that I received smelled great, but it had these small particles inside that eventually got sucked up and caught in the straw blocking further use of the product. This happened about 3-4 months after the initial purchase. I contacted Amazon and was quickly sent a replacement free of charge. I was not required to send the original bottle back so this replacement process was very painless for me. The second bottle has had 0 issues and smells just as great as the original.
