Alphabet Mystery Puzzle - I Is For Internet

This the second “alphabet” mystery puzzle we have worked. We have found both an enjoyable experience in that the two puzzles represent a challenge to put together without a guiding picture, and the stories and pictures, while somewhat simple, do “play fair” in the sense of giving enough information to solve the crime. One curious coincidence, both puzzles we bought in this series have had a piece missing (and we are sure that we did not lose it given our work space for puzzles). We will buy another.We have assembled three from the other series and found one of the solutions seriously flawed (To Kill a Lawyer–cannot say why without revealing the most important clue), and another a “reach” in that neither the story nor the picture yields enough information.

but this one is awful. It's not the image itself, which is fun, it's the quality of the puzzle pieces. Something has changed in the production. This particular puzzle cut out seems thick; you press a piece in, and it bulges out. They don't stay together because they seem too thick and spongy. Very poor-fitting, which completely destroys the pleasure of the process. I spend all my time using a fingernail to try to jam the pieces in, when they should just slide in easily. Not only will we not buy another from this company, but we'll return the other one we bought. These are way too expensive to be poor quality.

Puzzle is good concept, we enjoyed that part of it, but the pieces are ill fitting. We had several times we had the border in the completely wrong place and we had to keep asking each other if the others thought it was in the right spot. Pieces were thick and seemed like they weren't cut all the wat through well. Too bad the puzzle was expensive and it's a great idea.

Lots of fun, kinda hard to figure out where to put what, but, solution is not that hard. Hubby and I spent a week, couple of hours a day putting it together. Nice to do something and relax at same time, while having fun.Quality of puzzle pieces was not as good as expected, some of the pieces kept falling apart if you had to keep moving them around.All-all, enjoyable!

These puzzles are really difficult - two puzzles in one bag with no picture to guide you. But my friend loves the alphabet murder mystery books and puzzles, so these are a great gift! We've bought her H and I, and she already had others. We will buy more as they become available.

I am working this puzzle right now. It's challenging to do two mixed up puzzles at one time. The pieces aren't as normal puzzle pieces meaning the shapes are different sizes/shapes. BUT that makes it fun! Enjoying it and will probably purchase other puzzles out of this series.

Every one of these Alphabet Mystery puzzles have been worth every penny. They are not easy as there is no picture of the completed puzzle and 2 500 piece puzzles come mixed in one bag. Whoever came up with the ideas for the puzzles had a lot of fun, I think, and I appreciate the step up from the usual puzzles. These are great!

Pretty neat concept with these Alphabet Mystery Puzzles. I've tried several and will get more.
