Tablet leaves almost gritty after taste
I got these for my skin and hair and I have only used it a few times to see if it helps. The taste isn't bad (just tastes like normal tablets). My complaint is that they "disintegrate" in my mouth before I can swallow. So I put the tablet in my mouth and by the time I take a sip of water to help me swallow the tablet, the tablet breaks apart. I am not sure if this is a manufacturing issue or what? I definitely don't enjoy this. The tablet leaves behind an almost gritty after taste for which I have to drink a glass to get rid of.

Haven't been taking this long enough to know if it works..
If it does, I should be delighted - my hair is getting v sparse so this is last stop saloon before a wig! Inoffensive, slides down easily - so giving it a go .

Good company
I have been taking biotin to strengthen my nails and hair, I believe it has other health benefits too. I like Mobu they make good products and don't overcharge.
