Fits great, looks like regular undies and my son does not feel like he has baby diaper on. We have not had an accident in them yet we have not had an accident in them yet so cannot commit how it holds when wet

My son has been having difficulty with staying dry at night, but doesn't want to wear "baby diapers." I have been struggling with ideas when I found this product. I was very excited to have him try it out. The fit of the actual underwear is great and it makes him feel like he is wearing "big boy" underwear. However, The inserts are like a nighttime maxi pad. They are very large and seem like they are uncomfortable. With that being said, they have not leaked once and are easy to put in and take out of the underwear. Honestly, I do not see anyway around the large size due to their purpose. I am going to continue their use until I stumble upon another product that works better because my son refuses to wear "baby diapers" anymore and the other products I have tried leak.

We were apprehensive about whether these would really protect like the pull up style ones, but they are great. Our son can be a heavy wetter at times, but these do the job. Just make sure they're adjusted right if it's for boys. There is a pocket that covers the top of the pad, and if the undies are sitting too low, it's gonna hit that plasticized pocket instead of the pad. That was the only accident since using these. But if they're on right, they're super absorbent, and he is so much more accepting of wearing these real undies as opposed to the more diaper-like pull ups style. Also, I was worried that two pairs wouldn't be enough, but it's actually fine. So glad we switched!

This is marketed as 7 count starter pack which could be interpreted as 7 separate starter packs instead it means 1 starter pack consisting of 7 items 2 underwear and 5 inserts for $40 just to clarify

These are ok, I was shocked at how large the liners were. To be very honest for the moms out there they were bigger than maxi pads. . It's really meant for night training in my eyes not once in a while accidents. The briefs are comfy to the touch so I can only assume it's comfy on my son as well. He refuses to wear them only because those liners are honestly bigger than the feel of a diaper. Hope this helps!

Great for potty training. My son has autism and we could not get him potty trained. These were a lifesaver. In no time he was going potty on his own with no accidents at night.

Used these a couple times for daytime wetting that started up with my 5-year old. Will use them for nighttime as they worked great.

These are good for sleepovers for my son. He isn't blatantly wearing a diaper but is still protected. They don't hold a lot, but still do their job.

Love these! Great to be able to reduce waste and cost by using cloth diaper inserts. Just make sure your boy is aiming down when he puts them on.

My toddler is almost 3, 35lbs and wears the size small. They fit pretty well. For them to work best, I try to limit the amount of fluids he has a few hours before bedtime. Otherwise, they leak. I use a reusable cotton and bamboo liner which absorbs quite a bit. Make sure the penis is pointing down and that the top elastic isn't rolled in any places, otherwise more leaking. Aside from those things, these are way better than diapers which give my son a rash.

Not 100% leak proof, but has drastically cut down on leaks since switching from overnight pull-ups.

Great product. Not a lot of options out there for older kids who still have night time bathroom issues. These have been a lifesaver for everyone!

Little tight around the legs but I imagine that's necessary part of the design to prevent leaks.
