Any book by for dummies are good.However, I black marker out the word dummy. Then it's OK.How wants to see a book on your shelf that reads dummy or dummies on it. I just black it out.Great books as always.

A Great Book on Nutrition!
As a 90’s kid, most of what I knew about nutrition was described via the Food Pyramid. How little I knew.This book does a great job with the bare bones of nutrition but I would recommend a few others books (perhaps a few cookbooks) if they wanted to know a lot about nutrition.
