Tommy Bahama 9ft Wide Portable Sun Shelter/Tent/Beach Umbrella with Zippered Windows & Carrying Case

Broken strap out of the box. Didn't know until I was on the beach and opened the box for the fist time. Purchased early to prepare for vacation and now the return window is closed. Hopefully Rio or Tommy Bahama sees this and sends a non-broken unit. Otherwise negative infinity stars.

Disappointed, set it up inside prior to taking it to the beach......2 adults with chairs can just barely fit inside. Tried to return, company wanted to charge me 15% restock fee and would have cost me 15.00 to ship...We will use it for our 2 small grandkids, it will work great for them

Was easy to set up and did a great job protecting me from the sun in gulf Shores!!

We used this on the beach. It flew away at least 3 times unless you were physically in it. Not a good design. Went to process a return but they charge a restock fee and don't pay for return shipping so we just trashed it.

Not meant for the beach or anyone who is looking for a quick fix from the sun. We tried figuring this out twice and finally gave up. It says it a poo up but it totally is NOT. It needs assembly.

Disappointed. I did not receive the tent that is in this photo. The tent I received is blue with bright yellow oranges on it. I specifically purchased the tent in the photo because I liked it.

i bought a TB shirt and after 2 washes it started falling apart, for a shirt the cost over a $100 bucks i would think it would be better made....i will never buy again
