Can't lie I bought this for my cats, they absolutely love it. The whole thing is very sturdy and easy to open up and put together. I separated parts to use in 2 different rooms.

When I open this up I wasn’t expecting it to be as big as it was.it was huge we had to put it in the basement it was so big it wouldn’t fit upstairs in the house. I got this on sale at a really good bargain others I checked out with four pieces add two tubes or somewhere between 20 and $30 more so I wasn’t expecting it to be in such great shape but it was. Doesn’t come with the balls but we had plenty and the ball pit is big.

I was ready to buy the balls but then the advertisement said it came with them. Not true

I don’t like how they attach to each other the material is very very thin and first day of having it it broke and ripped and I have 12 month old twins

So, I haven’t even put this together, but I’m already disappointed because the product said directly that it came with balls for the ball pit, but it didn’t. I actually looked to make sure, because I was going to order some if it didn’t say it came with them. Now. I have to do a separate order...

The description says balls are included, balls were not included.

Overall not bad for the price, the only complaint I have is with the ball pit. One of the corners collapses pretty easily and folds in. Overall good, kids love it.
