A good stiff fin.
I wear a women's size 9, men's 7.5. I am a 4 mile a week lap swimmer and have previously used speedo zoomer fins to train, but their quality seem to degrade quickly. I ordered the green tipped fins and when they came, I thought I had made a mistake. I have wide feet and couldn't get them on in my living room. I took them to the pool and sure enough, was able to get them on fine in the water. They fit my foot firmly and were a much harder, more stiff kick for my back...which is good.

Exactly what I was looking for
I purchased these to strengthen my deep water aerobic exercise routine. Size small (green) was just right (snug) for my woman's size 8.5 foot. The short blade adds just enough resistance to amplify all exercises that involve the legs.

Good fit and workout!
I wear a size 10 in women's shoes and took a chance buying the yellow. They are snug but I believe they are the best fit for me. I also want to stress that the tip[ is very short. It provides a great leg workout and it makes for a comfortable kick too. I have Speedo short fins and they are significantly wider and about twice as long as these and it is super hard for me to kick in those. So, I would say these are beginner fins until you are able to improve your kick and build your leg muscles!

Runs large
I was sent an extra small (and thought I had purchased a small). The extra small seems to work just fine though. I had planned on exchanging the extra small for a small, but my husband (an avid swimmer) told me he thought the extra small was the right fit. So I've been using the extra small in the pool, and my husband was correct -- the small would have been too big and my heel would have likely slipped out of the fin (especially after time as it stretched out). Glad I kept the extra small. (I normally wear a size 7.5 US in women's shoes and an 8.5 size in women's tennis shoes.)

These are perfect
These did rub a spot on one of my toes and it caused a blister the first time I wore them, but since then they haven't. The rubber is thick and sturdy, seems very quality. There's no slipping and are comfortable, I never swim without them.
