Well worth your money!
My fiancé works in the oil field and likes hot meals so this was a solution for sure! He gets medium tins puts his meal of choice in it and says it heats up quick! Mac and cheese w/ meatloaf, soups, chicken wing dips, just about anything and he’s had no complains. Going a year with this thing and I can honestly say it was a great buy!

It works. Hot packed lunch
I been going to the office bringing packed lunch. Wife is great at planning my lunch. Love her a lot for that. 😀However, lunch gets cold. If I have beef for lunch, the fat solidifies and it makes the meal not so great. No microwave in my work location. Got to go up to the 12th floor to nuke my lunch.Got this and it's been a game changer. Now I enjoy a hot lunch. I also had to change my food container from plastic to glass and brought a roll of aluminum to cover the container while reheating. I reheat for an hour.Do yourself a favor and enjoy hot meals.

This is the best thing you could have in your van truck driver this is your buddy because I was one ten years ago and I had one then these are great they get 300 degrees that's impressive for a 12 volt put you a can of any kind of soup in it and 30 to 40 mins. She's real hot can't go wrong with this

Need pans when you buy this
It works very well. One of the problems with it is you need to buy pans for the inside. Small loaf pans work great. Foil if you can find them. I used metal ones from dollar tree and bent down the edges with a pair of pliers to make them fit and packing a lunch is easy by covering the top of the pan with foil so it's ready for heating. There is a big downfall, there is no way or securely stowing the cord away. It's made to be wrapped around the lunchbox which can become comber some and the tabs for the cord break easily.

Not worth the money spent
The description says “20 min for soup, 10 minutes for a sandwich.” I have been plugging it in close to 2 hours before I eat my lunch and it’s been barely room temperature food. The last time I heated up chili for close to the 2 hour mark and it didn’t even begin to melt the shredded cheese. It might be better to keep food warm but this is definitely not a “300 degree” personal oven.

Wish every trucker could have one.
My husband is a trucker and has one of these and is going on 2 years of use and he works 5 days a week. It's still going strong and not broken at all. I meal prep and freeze the food in foil loaf pans I bought on Amazon. He plus it in 2 hours before his lunch break stop and his dinner is hot. I put minute rice, potatoes, pre-cooked meat, lots of vegetables and even uncooked pasta (it will cook while it heats the soup-I made a chili mac). Lots of water Is KEY to success about 1/4-1/2 inch on top of the recipe in with the food is perfect. It takes some time to dial it in but it's worth it.

It Cracked The First Time Hubby Used It
I purchased this for my husband. He works in construction and is typically in a dozer for most of the day. He asked for the lunchbox because one of his co-workers has one and was raving about it. Hubs loved this lunchbox. He said it heated up really well and his food (leftover lasagna) was so hot, he had to wait a few minutes for it to cool down before he could eat lunch. The little aluminum pans I got at the dollar store fit perfectly so he didn't have to worry too much about cleaning the interior every night as long as the box didn't tip and the aluminum pan wasn't overfilled. UNFORTUNATELY, the lunchbox exterior cracked the first time he used it. Hubs was so disappointed. He was looking forward to a winter with nice, hot leftovers. He says he didn't drop it, that it sat on the floor of the dozer until he plugged it in. I gave it three stars because it DOES work but this particular box just didn't hold up a single usage.

Take to long to heat up
Order this product for my husband who’s a truck driver, the food tech takes very long to heat up the food he has to start heating his lunch at 10 to eat by 12. Not happy with the time it takes to heat up. I would not buy tohis item again.

It works.
Bought for my husband to take to work. He likes it. Heats up leftovers in about 30 minutes. Pans don’t come out to clean so we put food in foil, the pans don’t get food on them so easy to wipe out.

Work for my needs
Us a truck driver I use to heat up my lunch. I use a glass container for the food and between 30 -45 minutes, with this heater, I can get a lunch like home. Very good and handy. While I driving my truck my lunch get ready to serve. I do recomand it.
