I very rarely write reviews but I love this mat so much I had to. I bought this for myself for my birthday as I’m getting back into yoga after a long break. The mat doesn’t have that chemical smell like most others. It’s plush and provides great protection for my joints, and it doesn’t slip!My favorite part, though, are the lines and guides printed on it. I really appreciate being able to feel centered and know I’m working my body evenly using the markings for my toes and hands.The only thing I didn’t care for was the carrying bag. I can’t get mine rolled up tight enough to fit inside easily enough. I cut an old pair of leggings and use that as a sleeve instead and that works great.

Just bit the bullet and pay the extra money for a really good mat. It’s not anti slip, disappointed with this purchase.

I bought two green mats for my husband and I. First, we admired the calming leaf green color. I started using it and found that it has a great amount of cushion and grip. At first, it wasn’t as grippy as I thought, but I had just washed my hands and they were pretty dry. Once my body warmed up, it had really great grip. It feels very well made and sturdy. The length is great. It is a little narrower than my previous mat, but I don’t find that to be a downside. The carrying case and strap are nice bonuses. Overall, this is a great deal for such a great mat.

I love how soft and supportive this mat is. But if you're looking for non-slip, this is not the mat for you. I use this for yoga and have a hard time in positions like downward-facing dog because of my hands slipping.

Longer than my last may but this one has so much grip and it’s nice, thick padding. My toddler has taken to doing baby somersaults on it! Plenty of room for any position. Wipes down easily. The carrying case is kind of difficult to get the mat back into and after a few attempts I gave up and just used my other carrier to bring it to and from the studio. So far has exceeded my expectations and had no weird smells upon receiving.

I got this mat because it was on the thicker side and I needed a mat to do floor exercises at work. I actually have come to really like the mat. It is soft and the thickness is gentler on the knees and other boney prominences. I also like the markings. Especially for yoga, stretching and even strength work (ie push ups, as I can see if my hands are in the correct alignment). So in short, I would purchase again.

I needed a mat with extra padding since I live in a home with no soft flooring and this mat was just what I needed! Just enough padding to make sure I don't cause unnecessary pressure or bruise anything, but sturdy enough to still provide the support I need when I'm exercising. It does still tend to move across the floor a bit as I work out which is annoying, but I may just get some grip tape material to put on myself.Cat claws do poke holes in it pretty easily, so careful when your furry companions are around.

This is a very good yoga mat. As advertised.Non slippery and light weight.
