CitizenMen's Eco-Drive Promaster Aqualand Watch, Polyurethane Strap, Black Dial with Red Accents Chronograph (Model: BJ2167-03E)

The only thing I dislike about this watch is that it doesn't come with a manual. I had to download it from Citizen. The process was easy, but I am old school, and would've liked a hardcopy with the watch, I don't have access to a printer.That is my only complaint, love this watch. It is a replacement for my 20 year old Seiko.

FALSE ADVERTISING… The picture showing the large case with see-thru top and flashlight… it is bogus. IT DOESN’T COME WITH IT.You only get the watch, and contacting Citizen even though they claim they reply in 24 hours is yet another lie. They refuse to respond when confronted with their false advertising.I’d advise buy your Citizen watch elsewhere.

If you're looking for a flashlight like the yellow handled one as shown in the description photos, you'll be disappointed. It didn't come packaged with mine! The watch itself is perfectly fine, but I switched out the rubber watchband for a dressier stainless steel version purchased on Amazon. The fact that the flashlight isn't even shown on the Citizen website is confusing.

Every aspect is made to the highest standards, I collect many watches to find when they arrive that certain features are less than expected BUT not this watch. It’s really exceptional, I don’t wear my collectibles but this one is just for me, it will get a lot of use for sure. KUDOS to Citizen !!!

Received a used watch not new! Inside of watch band is filthy and dirty. Also a scratch on the back of the watch case! Terrible item.
