Q: Is this product easy to use?

Yes definitely. They snap together along the edges forming a type of hinge and have brace pieces that secure them in the configuration you choose. I set mine up more like a stand to place targets to give me somewhat of a shooting range.

Q: what is this made out of could it work for airsoft? (airsoft is like paintball but with plastic pellets instead)

Blaster Boards are made out of impact resistant plastic. It should work really well with Airsoft.

Q: Can you buy just blaster boards?

Two orange and blue targets (that spin when hit) are included in this 46 piece set, but they are not sold separately.

Q: Do these tip over easily if you touch them when running? Seem unstable?

As assembled in the pictures it stands pretty well. The boards are not that big but they are durable if knocked down. You can build them in your own configuration more stable, or get a couple sets and strengthen the base.
