The Oracle of Dr. John Dee: Magic and Wisdom from One of the World's Greatest Visionaries

Have this in my collection. Very different system then what you are used to seeing if you know tarot. One day I hope to learn how to read with these cards when I have the time.

The cards are a fairly common 12 x 7.5cm size, reasonable stock but nothing out of the ordinary, print quality again is OK with good desing and lots of details, although the backs of the cards are rather plain and boring. They are packaged in a decent box - 21 x 15.5cm - which is well printed and very attractive if a tad hard to open. The size of the box is to accommodate a 112 page manual, which features individual information for each of the cards and is well printed on a good weight of paper. Also provided is a fold out template - 60 x 41cm - well printed in white on a gold background.I am confident the cards will prove interesting and are a welcome addition to the collection. Of course it all depends on the price you pay and these came from a seller in the USA and if delivery was a little slow, even allowing for the shipping charge the cost was about half or a third of the regular prices.

This isn’t your average Oracle deck so I don’t recommend it for the average reader. But, if you’re interested in ancient alchemy, the Scienfic Revolution, or the history of science & magic, you’ll love this deck.

The cards are great. A truly unique and interesting take on oracle cards. I've enjoyed using them so far for a single draw reading and the full spread. My 3 card rating is because the box arrived significantly damaged--I managed to tape it back into shape, but that was really disappointing.

You'll need to spend a little time with this system, but once you get it... it's very clear and accurate
