Excellent product with a missing component.
Excellent product with premium look and a gorgeous colour. However, the lock was found missing as brought out by multiple customers earlier. That's an important piece, so 1 star less for that missing component.

The item was supplied without the lock and shoulder belt.
The product does not seem to be checked before dispatch to customers. There was no combination lock and the shoulder belt which are a part of the deal.I am not using the bag after the delivery.
