I had ordered two of these for Christmas gifts - one for an adult and one for a child. Luckily, the adult opened his a day early which was when we found there was a missing piece to the game that was critical. It was basically unusable with it. Not wanting the child to be disappointed on Christmas day I opened the 2nd one to check it and found it was missing the same piece! I had to scramble and buy a replacement Christmas gift for the child. I contacted the seller to see if they could get me the missing part. They did not contact me back until *after* the holidays. No replacement parts but they did at least credit my order without any fuss. It's a real shame as I think the game could have been a lot of fun for the family.

The bottom base broke after 3 weeks.

I bought this for my daughter as a gift. She would rate this as great, but she didn't pay for it,and didn't concern herself with hard to read directions, or that it leaned to one side after construction.She just put a sock under one side, and it was good to go.From a parents view. The assembly directions were on a small piece of paper, and confusing. I did better lookingat the box. The white fabric that the ball bounces was too taut and the stitching was coming off from both sides.After assembly, the game leaned to one side (daughter resolved that). It was hard to keep track of the score sinceit reset after 90 points. I would have rather returned this item, but my daughter, as most kids do, just go with the flow and enjoy the fun at hand.

Directions were not very clear and it took me awhile to figure out how to put it together. I mostly had to look at picture on box to figure out how it went together. Beside the very bad directions once together it was very fun to play. My family are basketball fans so we would challenge each others score. Product works well and was alot of fun to play and i am glad i got it.

The kids were very pleased with the item and it arrived on time and safely packaged. Highly recommend

Was NOT a basket ball game...was a 'circle' toss. Was missing parts so we couldn't put it together anyway. Was trying to get something for a bball themed room but this was an annoying waste of time

This basketball arcade was horrible. It is very small. My son did not want to even open it. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Very disappointed

Great gift, the instruction needs to be improved.
