Durarara!!: Vol. 2 (Manga) (Durarara!!, 2)

Absolutely perfect! A great addition to my collection.

Chegou dentro do prazo, ótimo produto, boa qualidade, apesar da embalagem ter vindo levemente rompida, no entanto não afeta o produto, de resto tudo dentro dos conformes.

Assolutamente uno dei miei manga preferiti! Ogni volume è una scoperta! Storia imprevedibile, bizzarra,personaggi eccentrici e attraenti nella loro stravaganza. Lettura veloce, affascinante e divertente adatta a tutti. Disegni bellissimi e pagine catching, con scene d'azione suggestive. Consigliato!

As the story progresses in Durarara vol 2; there are more background details and history with Celty. After being a fan and watched the series, I recommend getting the manga as well. There is a different perspective take on the characters, even Shizuo has 'softer sides' about him and empathize his unwillingness yet we still have that loveable terror-rising character within.In terms of art, I can see Narita-sempai style improving as the story progresses. The first volume had some slight awkward posture/angles but it has become an enjoyable read.

I recieved my copy of Durarara Volume 2 this morning, and I was thrilled to get it.The cover is lovely, but I am rather upset about some aspects of it. I had previously bought this http://www.amazon.co.uk/Durarara-Vol-1-Ryohgo-Narita/dp/0316204900/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1335025012&sr=8-2 and the conver for it was a different feel to my other manga, but I loved how it was different. Volume 2, however, was the same feel as other manga I have, and the cover style doesnt match the previous volume (I'm rather picky about the volumes looking the same :P)Okay, now that I've went on about the cover, I'll explain what you get inside this volume:When you open up this volume, you'll see a double sided colour page(however it isn't a double page pull out like the previous volume).There are chapters 6 to 11 in this volume.I haven't read this volume yet, just scanned through it so I shan't be spoiling anything in my review. We find out more about the characters such as Celty and a little bit of her background, and more characters are introduced.If you enjoyed the anime series of Durarara and you're wanting to find a new manga to read, I'd pick this up. But I'd start from volume 1. And if you're picky like I am about the volumes looking the same, I'd wait to see if another covered type of this book will be released.-N.H
